Avon Brushed Metals Nail Enamel – L-R: Textured Topaz, Lilac Quartz, Platinum

I swear, I am living in nail polish heaven right now.  First, the OPI San Francisco and Essie Fall 2013 Collections came into my life.  Then, these beauties showed up on my doorstep.  The new Avon Brushed Metals Nail Enamel collection features 6 metallic shades that will leave your tips shining bright like diamonds.  I honestly let out a little squeal when I first saw these polishes, and got even more excited once I actually saw them on – I could barely get them out of the box before I had Platinum on my nails.

I’m blown away by how shimmery these are – they give off a look of powdered gemstones which is almost too beautiful to handle!  I’ve swatched 3 of the shades below, but I really don’t think the camera can do them justice.  The are three other shades included in the collection which I didn’t have available to swatch – Brushed Gold, Dusky Copper and Burnished Copper.

A little bonus – the new Avon Nail Experts Color Shield Top Coat will be coming out at the same time as the Brushed Metals Nail Enamel.  This top coat acts as the final barrier on your mani, providing a protective layer that gives off great shine.

I love those colours and the glitter is stunning! I personally shy away from sparkly nail polish, as I find it such a pain to remove — is it just me who has that problem?

Oh I really like these Avon brushed metals nail polish. Thank you for letting me know about this! Now to find an Avon rep in my area *sigh* Not sure if that’s a good thing though because I use to sell and buy everything Avon 🙂
