Get Colourful with Mark.

mark. on the dot pastels eye color compact

The sun is shining, the robins are appearing, and it’s (slowly) starting to warm up.  I took my dog for a walk this morning wearing only a light jacket and suprisingly didn’t freeze my butt off.  This can only mean one thing – spring is finally starting to arrive, and it couldn’t come any sooner.  Mark. has come out with some nice, colourful new products that couldn’t have come with better timing.  I’m ready to add a little colour back into my life and to put winter in the past.

mark. On The Dot Pastels Eye Color Compact ($18) – I love the shimmery sorbet shades included in this compact.  They’re light but still pack lots of colour, these have an almost ethereal look to them.  The shades in this compact were inspired by fruity frozen sorbet – think raspberry, kiwi, mango and melon.  It does feature a small built-in mirror (underneath the applicator), but it’s a little small to use for this compact.  These apply smoothly, and can be used wet or dry depending on the look you’re going for.

mark. Color Me In Crayon for Eyes and Lips ($12) – I looooooove these!  Both the eye and lip pencils glide on so smoothly, applying them is fantastic.  The eye crayons can be used as both eyeshadow and eyeliner, and have really long lasting results.  I’m already obsessed with the Gold crayon.  The colour is gorgeous.  The lip crayons look really nice on, and have a glossy finish with really nice colour.  They also do not dry out the lips, which is great.

What do you think of these fun shades?
