This month, Avon debuts it’s new Totally Kissable Lipsticks ($9.99). These lipsticks are meant to condition while they provide beautiful colour – they’ve been infused with a blend of fruit enzymes and natural oils to help lips look and feel softer & smoother. I have to say, these lipsticks really do deliver on that promise – I found that they went on very smoothly with a nice, creamy formula, and didn’t dry out.
