LOVE: Anastasia Beverly Hills – Kisses On My List & Want You To Want Me

With Christmas coming up, I’m going to try to share some great Christmas ideas with you.  The first of these comes from Anastasia Beverly Hills – they have two amazing sets which are sure to put a smile on someone’s face this Christmas.

First up is Kisses On My List ($30!) – a collection of their popular HydraFull lipglosses in 6 beautiful shades – ranging from a tan, to peach, to pretty pink.  I love these glosses – not sticky, thick enough to last and perfectly glossy. There’s something in here that everyone can love – a combination of  matte and shimmery glosses.  The matte shades are actually hypercolor glosses – they pull double duty and act not only as glosses, but as stains as well. The only thing I had trouble with at first was the applicator – it’s not a sponge or brush like I’m used too, but rather a silicone applicator – so easy to master, and it sets Anastasia glosses apart from others.  I swatched all 6 shades so you can take a look:

From L to R: Moi, Maggie May, Sharona, Lola, Jolene, Roxanne - named after some of music's most popular ladies in a tribute to '70s glam

The other set I want to share with you is all about eyes –  Want You To Want Me ($34.00) – their new holiday eye set.  Last year’s set, All Eye Want sold out so if you want to get your hands on this one I’m going to suggest taking a run into Sephora in the near future as I’m sure this one will do the same.

Anyways, this contains all you need to create a gorgeous holiday look – and it comes in a beautiful clutch like outer case.  This kit comes with a palette containing 9 gorge shades, as well as mini versions of their Clear Brow Gel (which I can’t get enough of) and Jet Black Liquid Eyeliner, and a dual-sided eye shadow brush.  The shadow palette can be taken out of of the clutch if you want to bring it along on it’s own.  These high pigment shades can be applied dry for sheer colour or wet for more intense, bold colour, which is fun to play with.  Take a look at the shades:

From L to R: Platform Wedge, Front Row Center, Ziggy, Members Only, Power Ballad, Jellies, Graphic T's, Brass In Pocket, Iron On - keeping with the '70s glam theme

2 gorgeous sets – which will you ask Santa for?  Both sets are available at Sephora.
