I just used the first of the two polishes I received in my Julep Maven Box – Whitney. I must say, I’m very impressed with their polish. I only used one coat, I really didn’t need anymore. It went on so smoothly and is so nicely pigmented that it coated the nail and gave such nice colour.
Anyways, I’ve been looking for a neutral polish for a while, and getting this in my box was the kick I needed to finally start wearing one. I really like this colour – it’s a little darker than what I was looking for (I was in the mood for a more nude shade), but once I put it on I really liked it – it’s definitely nice for winter when darker shades work better.
What do you think? Do you like neutral shades or do you prefer a bit more of a pop of colour?
